Bluff Point concerns still linger

Some of those who were adamantly opposed to a proposed planned unit development at Bluff Point in Northumberland County are not as happy now as they were when County Administrator Kenny Eades told the Board of Supervisors last week that the owner, Tom Dingledine, through his Bluff Point Holdings company, had given 37 acres to James Madison University, six acres to the county and had placed the rest of the 900-acre site in a conservation easement.
