Feb. 10
A 48-year-old Lottsburg man was charged with being drunk in public.

A 29-year-old man was charged on a Fauquier County warrant for possession of marijuana.

Feb. 13
A 28-year-old Newport News man was charged with a capias/attachment of the body for failing to appear in the northumberland county juvenile and domestic relations court. This capias was served by Newport News Sheriff’s Office.

A 31-year-old Heathsville man was charged with a capias/attachment of the body for failing to appear in the Northumberland County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

Feb. 14
A 65-year-old Callao woman was charged with a threatening dog.

Gary Levern Conaway, a 46-year-old Wicomico Church man was charged with writing a bad check to a Gloucester business. This was a Gloucester County warrant.

A 43-year-old Tangier man was charged with violating a protective order and damaging property.

Marquentin C. Holmes, a 30-year-old Red Oak, Virginia man was charged with four direct indictments from Mecklenburg Circuit Court for distribution of a controlled substance and sell for profit a controlled substance. One capias/attachment of the body for failing to appear in their court. He was also charged with a capias/attachment of the body from Brunswick Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court for failing to appear in their court.

Feb. 15
A 20-year-old Lottsburg man was charged with shoplifting from the Fas Mart.

A 40-year-old Montross man was charged with a capias/attachment of the body for failing to pay child support. This was a Northumberland warrant issued by the Northumberland County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court and served by Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office.
