A continuing education continues

In 1983, the Rev. Dr. David  J. Ragland founded the Dawn Teaching Site in Caroline County at Dawn.

In 2001, The Rev. Dr. T. Wright Morris founded the Dawn Teaching Site at Burgess with 12 students. The enrollment is now 140. The faculty ranges from 10 to 13, with all faculty members having a Masters, or a Doctorate Degree. The Dawn Teaching Sites are operated under the auspices of the Virginia University of Lynchburg. Students come, not only from Northumberland County, but from  Lancaster, Westmoreland, Essex…
