Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 28.2-1302 of the Code of Virginia, that the Northumberland County Wetlands Board, at a meeting in the Board of Supervisors Room of the Old Courthouse in Heathsville, Virginia, on Tuesday, December 10, 2013, commencing at 7:00 P.M., will consider the following applications for wetland and/or coastal primary sand dune and beach permits: 1. Request by Jeffrey R. Davies (V.M.R.C. #13-1617) to remove the remains of four (4) existing groins and construct two groins each 48 feet long and to remove and rebuild one groin 54 feet in length from the shoreline of the Potomac River and 174 Windy Blue Lane. 2. Request by Carolyn S. Davis (V.M.R.C. #13-1748) to construct on 50’ low-profile timber groin 48’ from MHW from the shoreline of the Chesapeake Bay and 87 Bayshore Avenue. 3. Request by Thomas Dale and Lacie D.
