A beautiful day brought out lots of people to Heathsville’s farmers’ market Saturday and not just the regulars. There were new people and new vendors.
“There were a lot of new faces,” said Corinne Becker, executive director of the Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern. “That’s always nice.”
PS Woodworking and Rocking Robin Nails made their first appearances. Glenda Lowery of Lottsburg had her Northern Neck Garden-to-Table vegetables for sale for the first time this season. Tiki Commander was selling its re-purposed items and Light of Christ Church had a bake sale.
