$1M renovation set for boatyard

A family business is now going through the process of rebuilding part of its boatyard claimed during a February blaze. Tiffany Yachts, located in Glebe Point, completely lost an entire boat house structure and several yachts on Feb. 2. Authorities have yet to determine the fire's cause because everything inside the boathouse was burned beyond recognition.
The rubble and remains of the old boat house have been disposed of and one existing railway line was salvaged for the renovation project.
